PROFILE:

 

Matt is a results-oriented professional with proven knowledge and background in crop protection chemicals (active and inert ingredients), adjuvants, biostimulants, and fertilizers in multiple markets.  He has over 25 years' experience in biological research, product development/formulation management, technical service, sales & marketing (direct and B2B), and product registrations on an international scale.  Matt commands an intimate knowledge of the entire agrochemical channel: conception -> formulation -> manufacturing -> distribution -> consumption.  Within his toolbox is a complimentary business and technical skill set the genesis of which was exposure to agriculture via the family vegetable farm at an early age.  He also has experience working as a crew member of three different golf courses gaining turf experience.
